Plant Based Mince Salad

A fresh summer salad topped with plant based mince.

Ingredients

  • 300g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Mince
  • 200g packet Coles 4 Leaf Salad Mix
  • 200g punnet Coles Glasshouse Grape Tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Lemon infused olive oil, for drizzling

Method

STEP 1
Cook frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Mince following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile gently toss salad leaves, tomatoes and onion together.
STEP 3
Spoon cooked plant based mince over salad, drizzle with oil, season and serve.
Tips
Top with crumbled fetta for serving.
