Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 300g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Mince
- 2 small spring onions, cut into 4cm lengths
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 1 cup jasmine rice, cooked following packet directions
- ⅓ cup vegan kimchi, for serving
Method
STEP 1Heat oil in a large non stick frypan over medium-high heat. Add frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Mince and cook for 8 minutes, stirring often.
STEP 2
Add spring onion and cook for a further 2 minutes until tender.
STEP 3
Add hoisin sauce and cook for a further 1 minute. Spoon plant based mince over cooked rice. Top with kimchi and serve.
Tips
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds when serving.
