- 500g gnocchi
- 250g chorizo sausage, thinly sliced
- 200g button mushrooms
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped, plus extra, for garnish
- 540g tub Leggo’s Fresh Napoli Sauce
Cook gnocchi following packet directions. Drain, set aside and keep warm
Heat a large frypan, add chorizo and cook until browned on both sides. Add mushrooms and spring onions and cook a further 2 minutes. Stir through Leggo’s Fresh Napoli Sauce and bring to the boil.
Add gnocchi to pan and warm through. Serve garnished spring onion.
Add halved cherry tomatoes to pan just before serving.
