Ingredients
- 250g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Whiting - Crisp Light Batter
- 5 mini flour tortillas
- ½ medium avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 cup finely shredded red and green cabbage
- ½ cup sliced pickled red onion
- Sriracha mayonnaise, for drizzling, plus extra for serving, if desired
- Lime wedges, for garnish

Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Whiting following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, heat a large non stick frypan over medium-high heat. Char tortillas for 1-2 minutes each side or until lightly charred.
STEP 3
Assemble tortillas with avocado, cabbage, pickled onion and whiting. Drizzle with sriracha mayonnaise. Garnish with lime and serve.
Tips
If not using immediately, cover charred tortillas with a damp paper towel and foil to prevent drying out.
