Cook pasta following packet directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a frypan, add veal strips and cook for 4-5 minutes or until browned. Remove, set aside and keep warm.
Add capsicum to hot pan and toss for 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms and toss for a further 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and pour in Leggo’s Pasta Sauce and heat through for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir through cream and cooked veal strips.
Divide pasta between 4 serving plates and top with sauce. Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
