Prawn, Salami And Tomato Pizza


Every time I make it for my family or friends they rave about the flavour and combinations. It’s pretty special.

Prep time:30 mins

Cook time:15 mins

Makes: 2 large pizzas


  • 2 large wholemeal pizza bases
  • ½ cup Leggo’s Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 100g thinly sliced mild or hot salami
  • 2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 15 green prawns, peeled, de-veined and halved
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely sliced
  • 2 cups baby rocket leaves
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves


Step 1

Spread each pizza base with ¼ cup of Leggo’s Pizza Sauce and sprinkle with a little grated cheese.

Step 2

Top with salami, tomatoes, prawns and garlic. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown and base is crispy. Top pizza with basil leaves.

Step 4

Toss rocket and pine nuts in olive oil and season to taste. Serve with cooked pizzas and enjoy with a nice glass of red wine.

Tasty Tip!

To toast pine nuts, add to a frypan over medium heat and cook stirring 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
