Spread 1 tablespoon of Leggo’s Stir Through Sauce to within 2.5cm of the top and bottom of each pastry sheet, top with salami slices, olives and combined cheeses.
Using the plastic sheet from pastry as an aide to start the roll, carefully roll up and brush edge with egg to seal. Repeat with remaining pastry sheets and filling. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Brush all sides with egg and cut into 1.5cm slices. Place slices flat on baking paper lined baking trays, allowing room for spreading. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden.
