Pork spare ribs marinated in a delicious sticky tomato based sauce that caramelises on cooking.

- 800g pork spare ribs
- ¼ cup Leggo’s Tomato Paste
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- Coleslaw, for serving
- Spring onions, for garnish
Cut pork spareribs in half and marinate in combined Leggo’s Tomato Paste, ginger, soy sauce, honey and rice wine vinegar.
Place spare ribs on a baking paper lined tray and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Alternatively, cook on a hot BBQ hotplate. Garnish with spring onions before serving with coleslaw.
Instead of marinating the pork, the mixture can be heated and served spooned over the cooked spare ribs.
