A pub favourite, made easy with Leggo’s.

- Oil for frying
- 4 crumbed chicken schnitzels
- 400g bottle Leggo’s Squeeze Pizza Sauce
- 1 - 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
- Cracked black pepper and basil leaves, for garnish
Heat oil in a non stick frypan to a medium high heat, cook crumbed chicken schnitzels until golden brown and cooked through.
Top each schnitzel with a generous squeeze of Leggo’s Pizza Sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Cook under a hot grill or preheated oven at 200°C for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with a garden salad and garnish with cracked black pepper and basil leaves.
