Chicken Primavera

Description

Chicken, zucchini, green bean and cherry tomato pasta with Leggo’s Bolognese with Bacon Pasta Sauce

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 500g farfalle pasta
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 8 chicken tenderloins, cut diagonally into 1cm slices
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 10 green beans, sliced
  • 500g jar Leggo’s Bolognese with Bacon Pasta Sauce
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

Step 1

Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frypan, add chicken and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Add zucchini and beans and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly.

Step 3

Stir in Leggo’s Pasta Sauce and cherry tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Toss pasta through sauce until heated through. Spoon into serving bowls and serve immediately.

Tasty Tip!

Serve garnished with basil leaves.
