Delicious individual gnocchi bakes which are sure to please the whole family

- 1 chorizo sausage, thinly sliced
- 500g packet gnocchi
- 575g jar Leggo’s Bolognese Pasta Sauce, warmed
- 1 cup shredded tasty cheese
- Green garden salad or steamed vegetables, for serving
Cook chorizo in a small non stick frypan until golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
Cook gnocchi following packet directions. Drain well and divide between 4 x 1 cup capacity ovenproof dishes. Top gnocchi with cooked chorizo.
Pour Leggo’s Pasta Sauce over gnocchi and chorizo. Sprinkle with cheese and cook under a preheated grill for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve immediately.
Chorizo can be substituted with cooked bacon.
