- Combine Kalamata olives, Leggo’s Pesto and a little oil and refrigerate overnight to marinate. Serve as part of an antipasto platter.
- Layer sliced potatoes in an ovenproof dish. Combine Leggo’s Pesto and a little olive oil and pour over potatoes.
- Top with grated cheese and bake until golden.
- Spread focaccia bread with Leggo’s Pesto, top with sundried tomatoes, bocconcini cheese and black olives. Delicious grilled.
